WThe Academy is operated and staffed by John Keating the most qualified members of The Matrix. The Matrix is a carefully assembled group of coaches that represent the present and future of the Omaha coaching community. The members of the Matrix have typically played on varsity soccer teams, played collegiate ball and currently coach high school teams, college teams or high level club teams and have gone through American coaching certification.

What former participants have said...
- John Keating was Hannah's soccer coach over 8 years ago. She was a u8 when first introduced to John and was coached by him by for 3 years and attended the fast foot work clinic for two years. The skills that she learned at a very young age have put her at the top of her peer group and has made it possible for her to compete with the best girls in the state at her age group. As a U16 now she would not be the same player if she had not had the advantage of being involved with John and his program.
