The Academy will have at its core, the ambition to make players faster on the ball.
The Academy will group players according to ability (recreational, competitive and
elite) and then employ a Fast Footwork training program that promotes:
- Ball Mastery
- High speed cuts and turns with the ball
- A cleaner, more reliable 1st Touch
- Dribbling at speed

We do not expect to create professional level players from one practice a week. This
would be an unrealistic goal. We would hope that most members of the Academy go on to become at a minimum, better soccer players than they were when they
arrived, starters on local high school squads, premier club players and solid college prospects. The Academy itself, however, will be run professionally with:
- A highly focused, well-established training curriculum
- Up-to-date information for parents and athletes on the Academy website
- A first-rate coaching staff pre-certified in the fast footwork curriculum
